Blue and white tank style leotard dress had white center and blue sparkle collar and shoulders edged with red sequin band. The attached skirt is layers of ruffled blue tricot with red sequin edge, red sequin waistband and blue sparkle briefs. The front center has red naval style tie accent that matched the large red bow with star applique at back. Comes with decorated sailor hat and white socks with blue ruffles and red sequin edge.
