Return and Exchange Policy

If you're not satisfied with an item, simply contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package. We will provide you with the return shipping label. The item(s) must be returned in original condition within seven (7) working days of delivery. If you return the package after such time has elapsed (special considerations may apply) it will not be accepted and returned to you: you own it and will not be reimbursed.

For multiple orders that comply with the shipping policy, there is a 15% restocking fee based on the items original list price. The refund will be issued less the restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if merchandise of equal or greater value is purchased at the time of the return. For single items, returned from Canada, you may drop your package in any mailbox or at any post office location. We will cover the return shipping cost. The tracking information will automatically come to us. Credit will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Order Processing Center. If returning from the US please notify us first for instructions.

Return the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all the pieces, plastic bags,  etc. are with the item. 

You may drop your package in any mailbox, or at any post office location. Credit will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Order Processing Center. In order for your credit to be processed promptly, please follow the Return and Exchange procedure above.

Any Custom and/or 'made-to-order' item (tutus, bodices, headpieces, etc.) are not returnable or not eligible for return or exchange. These items are created from measurements you provided and/or other requirements you may have specified
