Unique custom two- piece tutu ensemble has grey stone look base with frayed- tattered sections. The top is a simple crossover halter with black binding while the bottom is quite elaborate. Black tricot layer has four concentric rings of plastic boning to create a hoop skirt effect. This layer is has additional layers of ruffled black tricot with a top layer of the grey stone fabric. Stripes of brightly colored sequined fabric, cascades down from the waist. This tutu is neither pancake nor romantic but somewhere uniquely in the middle.
