Whimsical 30s flapper inspired costume is mainly comprised of a large-mesh black bodice with long sleeves and solid black bottom. There is a separate black bra beneath and attached large blue shiny cuffs, collar and hip-belt. The belt has a large crystal buckle that pops the thigh-length attached fringe skirt There is also a matching blue headband.
