This unique custom costume is comprised of teal lace which rests on top of an electric blue base on this one leg-off shoulder unitard. The right leg is sheer lace with soft spiraling ruffles. Flowing ruffles also cascade across the front bodice and the left hip. A nude, elastic holds the open shoulder in place. Comes with matching hair accessory.
