Sweet nautical themed dress is a metallic royal blue. The dress appears to be of two pieces but is attached by a sheer, nude mesh center. A large silver anchor embellishes the left front of the skirt, white silver trims line the edge. White tulle edged in blue satin ribbon sit in layers beneath the skirt. The white banding is lined with blue crystals. The top had pouffed sleeves and nautical collar with blue and silver applique stars. A large white bow graces the back at the small of the back.
