Custom costume with Intricate and unusual double layered wrap skirt. Layers are made of hard sequin covered fusible web and separated by fusible web loops. The layers are attached to a wide band that hugs the hips and waist, and is secured with heavy duty Velcro. The tops of the skirt layers are covered in a satin-rose fabric and heavily covered with large AB Swarovski crystals. The centre band is clear mesh covered in crystals. There is a separate visible high-waisted blue brief worn under the skirt The top part of the costume is a silver sequin fabric bra (34A) with angled back straps, blue satin ruffles, bands of AB Swarovski and a large shoulder piece resembling a miniature version of the skirt. comes with rose/Swarovski headpiece.
